
Delicious!!!! Fresh Mozzarella (jsut a bit gooey inside) with olive oil and shaved truffles. First night in italy.

Hmm... the texture might get me on this one, but it does sound good.
I finished off the pecorino with black truffles on Friday, by the way. Still delicious!
Not so much gooey maybe as soft. It was a bite of heaven.
