Pancakes

I have started adding Malt Powder (usually about 2T) to pancakes, whether from scratch or a box. Got the idea from cook's country. Reviews have been good. It makes them a bit drier so more liquid may be needed.

Does it do something for the taste that you like or does it improve the texture?

I think there is just a bit of taste added. Hard to describe, you just have to try it. Makes it taste more like Ott's.
